REQUEST
FOR PROPOSAL - CORPORATE BONDS AND U.S. EQUITY SECURITIES LENDING SERVICES
LACERA is seeking providers of securities lending services in the categories listed under "Additional Information." Potential providers need not be qualified in all the categories listed; each RFP is separate and distinct. Interested providers may complete any (or all) of the RFPs for which they believe they are qualified.
The purpose of each RFP is to review the capabilities of potential providers of securities lending services for the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA's) estimated $3.78 billion in Corporate Bonds and $1.19 billion in U.S. Equity securities available for loan.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESPONSE
Please respond to each question in the RFP. Final responses are due no later than Friday, April 3, 2009 at 3:00 P.M. (PST). Responses should be submitted separately for each asset class. Please send five hard copies of your response and one electronic copy using Microsoft Word via email, and on a CD to:
