The Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA) is requesting proposals, from qualified firms, for the annual financial audits and tax preparation services for its wholly owned real estate properties (excluding hotels). The financial audits are to be performed in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) as adopted and approved by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Three (3) copies of your final proposal must be submitted, via US mail or delivery by 5:00 p.m. on March 14, 2008.
