On July 1, 2005, LACERA implemented a new rideshare program offering new and improved incentives complemented with financial rewards and benefits for LACERA employees. HR staff did a great job working with Executive on behalf of all staff and creating our new program. We had a great response. We are proud of our Rideshare participants. (6-14-06)

On May 24, 2006, LACERA was presented with the "Innovative Rideshare Program 2005" award for outstanding achievement in ridesharing at the 8th Annual Rideshare Diamond Awards.
