LACERA provides service options to our members. We have the public counter for 1-on-1 assistance, web site, and our knowledgeble call center can be reached at 1-800-786-6464. Through our Call Center, we offer our retirees a number of convenient services handled over the phone:

  • Changes to your address
  • Name change
  • Change of beneficiary
  • Direct Deposit enrollment
