RETIREMENT INFORMATION
There is an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page for each phase of LACERA membership: New, Active, and Retired. These sections pose and answer commonly asked questions, which may be of assistance in explaining your benefits.

WORKSHOPS
We have workshops for New Members and a New General Member Interactive Workshop online which introduce the features of the retirement plan. We hold Pre-Retirement Workshops to help educate and prepare you for the retirement process.

RETIREMENT OPTIONS
When you retire, you have several retirement options to select from: Unmodified, Unmodified+Plus, Option 1, Option 2, Option 3, and Option 4. The option you choose will affect the amount of your monthly retirement allowance for you and your surviving spouse or domestic partner.
