is a long-term care insurance plan which helps pay for support services
for prolonged illness, injuries, cognitive impairments, or frailty
which keeps you from doing normal day-to-day activities without help.
Conventional health care plans, HMOs or Medicare do not cover expenses
for long-term care services.

Long-Term Care Insurance, currently underwritten by MetLife, has two types of long-term care insurance policies:
- Comprehensive plan that will cover the cost of your care in your home, in an Assisted Living Facility, or in a Nursing Home.
- A Facility Only plan that will cover care in an Assisted Living Facility or in a Nursing Home.
