AGING GRACEFULLY

Join the fun! Be a part of our next Staying Healthy Together workshop, which focuses on Aging Gracefully. The workshop features educational presentations and interactive activities presented by LACERA-administered health care carriers. Use this Activity Log to record the healthy changes you’re making. Bring the completed log to the workshop to learn how to make healthy changes, personalized to your lifestyle.

Aging Gracefully incorporates factors of the Body, Mind, and Soul that can impact an individual’s health. The fun, interesting, and easy-to-do activities listed below could improve your health and life, if you engage in them regularly. Start today by trying a suggestion or two; add your own good ideas to the list, too. Let’s get your Body, Mind, and Soul working together for your improved health and quality of life.
