1. Straight from the Heart: Participants will learn exercises, tips and tricks for making daily heart-healthy decisions. Presented by CIGNA.

2. Know Your Numbers: Learn different tests you can do on your own to measure your heart's health, and how to interpret the results. Presented by CVS/Caremark.

1. Identifying Heart Risks: The speaker will walk through heart health risk factors, and the impact each has on overall wellness. Presented by SCAN.

2. Heart-Healthy Cooking: This cooking demonstration will show how easy it is to make heart-healthy meals at home. Presented by Kaiser Permanente.
