LACERA Offices Closed Due to Wildfire Emergency; Business Closed January 9 for National Day of Mourning
Due to the current wildfires and state of emergency, LACERA’s Pasadena physical offices are closed for the week. Our Call Center will be open January 8 and January 10, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We will be closed for business on January 9 for the National Day of Mourning to honor the life and legacy of 39th President Jimmy Carter.
Members: We will contact all members with in-person appointments to reschedule. If you have documents to provide to LACERA, please note that you can upload your documents through My LACERA.
The January 9 Board of Retirement meeting has been rescheduled for January 15 at 9 a.m. Disability applicants and others previously scheduled for this meeting will be contacted promptly regarding the rescheduling of their matters.
