Retired Members: Last Chance to Vote!
The voting period is about to close for Retiree elections. Be sure to vote for the Alternate Retired Member of the Board of Retirement and the Eighth Member of the Board of Investments. The election closes at 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) on Thursday, August 31.
LACERA Trustees make decisions on your behalf regarding LACERA administration, investments, and your benefits. Take part in choosing your representatives for these important roles.
Since paper ballots must be received by the election vendor no later than August 31, we recommend that you vote online or telephonically to ensure your vote will be counted.
You will be receiving two reminder emails with voting instructions and your login credentials early in the morning on Tuesday, August 29, and Thursday August 31. The email sender name is LACERA Election Admin and the email address is help@yeselections.com, which is the County’s third-party election service provider, YesElections. If you don’t see the emails in your inbox, check your junk mail folder in case they get filtered out.
Voting instructions and login credentials were sent by U.S. mail August 2. Check your voting packet for online and telephonic voting instructions if you aren’t receiving election emails.
